A: If you have had anything to drink, I suggest you do not provide a specimen of breath. This has the potential of causing you to lose your license for at least six months. This way there is only the observations of the officer and your driving as evidence that can be used against you. A: You do not have to perform any test. If the officer has a reason to stop you and a beleif that you may be intoxicated, you can be arrested based upon your refusal to do these tests.

A: No. If any lawyer boasts that he can produce a specific result before the case is signed up, I advise you to be careful.
